Refund & Returns Policy

Cancel Or Modify Your Order

All of our orders have a one-hour grace period before going into production just in case you need to change or cancel your order. You'll just need to contact our customer support team.


We highly recommend taking accurate measurements of your feet and referring to our sizing charts before placing an order. Shoe sizes are true to size. Please make sure to select the correct gender and size in relation to the sizing chart, for example, a men's size 7 and a women's size 7 are different in measurement. Note: we support gender fluidity, unfortunately, this is still the generic international guide we need to follow.

As stated above, all orders have a one-hour grace period before going into production. After this period we can not edit or alter the order including the size. If there is an issue and more than an hour has passed, please get in touch with us immediately anyway.

Faulty Or Damaged Items

All our products go through a rigorous quality inspection. In the rare instance your order has a flaw, is damaged or is an incorrect item, we will happily refund your purchase or ship you a new item 100% free.
If this occurs, please contact our customer support team. You will need to provide a clear photo of the item with a description of the issue.
We will assess the issue and send a replacement item or a refund depending on the outcome.

Order Not Received

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery period, please allow 35 days from when you placed the order but no more than 40 days. Please contact our customer support team and we will investigate further.


As an environmentally concious, stock free business, all our shoes are 100% made to order, and therefore, we cannot accept returns.
But, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and we promise to work with you to find a solution.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order do discuss on a case by case basis.
We do not issue store credit or monetary refunds for the following:

- Orders in which addresses are inputted incorrectly by the customer
- Orders in which customer orders the wrong size
- Products that are worn, washed, marked or damaged in any way

Incorrect Postal Address

We recommend double checking all of your cart and checkout details before placeing your order. If you do accidentally enter the wrong shipping address wether by mistake or a typing error and you realise immediatly, please contact us right away and we should be able to update your details as long as the order has not been processed for shipping.

In most cases, an incomplete / incorrect due to typing error address will result in the package being returned to our warehouse. If this happens we will be able to resend the package with updated details, you will just be required to pay the shipping fee again.

If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided, unfortunatly Cozmic Kicks can't be held liable, but please contact us to discuss any possible solutions.
